Born in 1983, I studied languages at High School. I thought it was the right choice. It wasn’t. (Not that I don’t like languages!). I got a degree in Biology. I thought it was the right choice. It wasn’t. (Not that I don’t like animals!)
I discovered photography in 2005, it was the way to document my journeys and to keep memories. Hope it’s the good one.
I love to travel, next destinations likely being Iceland, Canada, Madagascar. Hope soon: it’s just a matter of money.

I live in Milan and I’m now working as a freelance photographer. I cooperate with a new life-style site about Milan www.lovemimi.it and with AssimpredilAnce, to provide photographic documentation of architectural congress. I’m also part of Playground, an international collaborative graphic project http://www.playground.ibasgiz.com/
I’m keen about tattoos, sushi, corona, the sea, snowboard, books, coffee bars, reflections.

“Before I go” is a series of self-portraits: a way to document my life, important moments, the time passing by. And above all it’s a way to express my ideas, sensations, my thoughts. Hopefully, also a way to understand myself.

“Universe closed. Use Rainbow.” is a (tentatively) poetic research in daily life, aiming at showing the hidden beauty of details, the plot of relationships between us and our everyday objects, usually shaped by our presence. Reality sticks in a moment, that fascinates me because of the human absence and the play of light and shadows.
